Step away from the noise and unwind on the quiet side of the lake, where the sky slowly shifts colors and the day fades into night. Enjoy our 15' elevated private dock overlooking Seneca Lake, offering beautiful, unobstructed views from above the water!
Relax on our spacious 16' x 21' dock, designed for couples and small groups (up to 6 guests) seeking a peaceful, intimate escape. Located in Lodi, just 20 minutes from Watkins Glen, our spring, summer, and fall experiences are all about slowing down, taking it in, and ending your day the right way.
Who We Are
We’re a small, locally run experience built around one simple idea: sunsets are better on the water.
Every booking is completely private. No crowds, no sharing your space, no interruptions. Whether you're celebrating something special or just looking for a quiet evening together, this is your time to unplug, relax, and enjoy the lake at your own pace.
Your space includes 4 cushioned swivel rocking chairs, 2 lounge seating, a fire pit, a Bluetooth sound system so you can set the mood with your own music, a complimentary charcuterie board of cheese and crackers, and bottled waters. No rushed timelines, no tours, just a great view and an even better atmosphere.
And if you’re lucky, you might even spot a bald eagle—one of the many things that makes this place special!

Meet Your Host!
Mike has had his U.S. Coastguard Seamanship since 1982, but spent his career as an engineer before retiring. He moved to Seneca Lake and quickly fell in love with the area.
Now, this is his way of doing something fun and getting back out on the water. He keeps things easygoing and personal, so your time on the boat feels relaxed from start to finish.
You can keep an eye out for bald eagles while you’re out there, one of his favorite things about the lake.

Each experience lasts approximately 2–3 hours and is reserved for couples or small groups only (up to 6 guests).
$175 per group

Have a few dates in mind? We’ll help you pick the one with the best conditions. On the day of your reservation we’ll give you a quick call to walk through conditions and make sure it’s a good day to be out on the water.
Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks, including alcohol. Plastic wine glasses will be provided (no glass, please).
